Something tells me one of the older Guildmates would look and act a fair bit like What we do in the Shadows' Baron Afanas. Basically a dessicated zombie with fangs and long fingernails, except it's got energy to spare, really wants to hit the town and is curious enough to try modern foods - even knowing it can't digest anything. On the scientific side of things, I'd see them using their resilience to undertake dangerous experiments, only to shrug it off when they get blown clean through a concrete wall by an explosion. They'd probably laugh it up and say it was totally worth it.
