This kind of sounds like Aislinn to me.

There's something about ValkyrieAurora's really snarky solo gameplay videos that reminds me of Aislinn. The first five minutes of her playing Monster Hunter World is how I imagine Aislinn would sound.
Including the part where after a few minutes snarking about the character creator, she then melts and loses it and goes all Massively Endeared Grandma upon realizing that you have to design a cute little anthro kitty to serve as your personal gopher boy.
