Complaints regarding abuses of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act are being received today by the U.S. government. Today, and only for eight more hours at the time of my writing this.
If Fair Use matters to you, sign the petition. YouTube reviews, Let's Players, and even academics are seeing their ability to perform or conduct research threatened by the way the Act's current phrasing unilaterally focuses on the rightholders and neglects the relevancy and crucial nature of Fair Use.
