Well, my file's open. Got phone calls to make and a few documents to read, most of which look useless. Was told they'd smooth things over regarding my two years of Uni work - which regrettably doesn't count as employment. There's a two-year gap in my résumé and it's killing my job prospects.

We'll see how this goes.
