Streets of Hope

I'd say he's a lot rounder in the face than this, and I've always pictured him as having those little bumps on the sides of his face, when he smiles. He basically has a more realistic version of Zoidberg's closed-mouth grins. He's pretty much stuck with a face that's tailor-made for happy expressions, but he has to pull off the whole Evil Overlord repertoire. That tends to lead to some deliberate exaggerations on his part. :)
